Native Angeleno and honorary Californian reporting for duty
Our plans for November are mostly catching up on tons of wedding editing, shooting a few Los Angeles engagement portraits, some wedding venue visits (hi, The Maxwell House, we love you), lots of travel photography, printing our biggest ever order of wedding albums and photo books and family-portrait Christmas cards, and hopefully seeing some actual sunshine, if the Woolsey Fire dies down and the smoke lets up. Stay safe, fellow Californians.
Look out for the fruits of our jet-lagged labours soon. You'll see the final few weddings of 2018 posted here (the last one's not till mid December) and I'll whip up a preview of The Maxwell House next week – you'll almost definitely want to plan your wedding there
immediately (head to our stories for a small-screen preview). The delightful clients who'll be married there next summer will be in front of our cameras for the Los Angeles engagement portraits next week (possibly with a last-minute location change, because our planned venue is currently on fire) so keep an eye out for a few of those soon, too. And stick A Most Curious Wedding on your calendar now to browse our new sample wedding albums and photo books in London next spring: it's 1–3 March, 2019, at The Old Truman Brewery.
