Ampersand Hotel wedding photography

Lorna + Matt were married at Chelsea Old Town Hall at the end of October, and the bride got ready for her autumn wedding at the Ampersand Hotel in South Kensington. We were ridiculously thrilled to hear we'd finally be shooting at the Ampersand in a wedding-y capacity: when it was pretty new a few years ago we did some food photography for the hotel, down in the restaurant and up in the afternoon tea room; we even shot a picnic set-up in the park, involving some very glossy horses (a small dog stole a macaron).
Anyway, back to the wedding: Lorna was so laid back she did her own make up, ate Hallowe'en French Fancies and even ironed her
bridesmaids' dresses for them.
