After we shot Caitlin and Evan’s Griffith Park engagement shoot we knew their wedding would be pretty exceptional. (Spoiler: they didn’t let us down.) The day started the same way as our own wedding, at the Langham Huntington Pasadena hotel, except Caitlin was a considerably more glamorous bride than I was and drank much less André Champagne than I did (I’m forever grateful to my girl Teresa for turning up that morning bearing Peach Passion: THANK YOU, T).

Once she’d achieved peak Old Hollywood vintage charm — glittering garter, sparkling shoes, Creed Fleurissimo, sleek Sarah Seven wedding dress and all — Caitlin left her cottage and slinked out into the SoCal sun to meet Evan among the cacti in the Langham’s rolling grounds for a first look (we LOVE shooting a first look: English couples, take note. They’re really fun, super exciting and make the walking-down-the-aisle bit far less pressured.)
