The Most Curious team curated two catwalk shows of bridal fashion at The Old Truman Brewery in East London back in February, showcasing an array of independent wedding dress designers and bridal accessories makers, and some v v good menswear too. The first show focused on maximalist wedding style, but the second went all-out sleek and slinky.

Any one of these looks would be a stunner for a city elopement, which we're planning a lot of at the moment – just picture yourself on the steps of Marylebone Town Hall in that silky Sophie Rose number with the thigh slit that Natalie's wearing in front of the white Paper Dreams backdrop… (And if we ever get around to throwing our own UK wedding I'm 100 per cent nabbing that green dress.)
